We are seeking a driven Marketing Manager to spearhead the launch of this new brand. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating overarching goals into actionable marketing plans, possessing experience across paid media, social media, and public relations. Crucially, this role requires B2C and B2B experience, along with a proven history of success working with smaller brands, employing pragmatic strategies to maximize limited budgets.
As a Marketing Manager, you will manage and develop end-to-end marketing campaigns to address specific business or customer objectives across John Lewis. This role sits within our Marketing team who are responsible for leading and delivering brand, seasonal, and category campaigns.
You will own the marketing activity from brief to development, delivery, and measurement, working closely with our in-house creative team and external agencies to develop and deliver TTL marketing plans. You'll be a team player, bringing your knowledge to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the optimal mix of paid media and owned channels to achieve campaign objectives.
You'll be highly organized, adept at working with insight and customer segmentation, always with an eye on effective campaign outcomes. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of campaign activity, managing the total budget to maximize ROI and meet objectives. You should have a passion for marketing, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to work under pressure. Your ability to deliver compelling presentations and collaborate proactively will be essential.
