Expected Salary: £45,000 - £58,000 FTE (dependent on experience). Please note this will be prorated to 21 hours.
Contract type: This position is a 6-month Fixed Term contract, working 21 hours per week, starting ASAP.
Working pattern/flexible working: The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture of office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The Build to Rent team aims for around 1 core day a week in the office (Thursdays) and on an ad-hoc basis for key meetings.
Location: This role is based at our London Head Office in Pimlico. Travel expenses for visits to our John Lewis BTR sites can be claimed. No travel allowance is provided.
Next Steps: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to present a campaign they have owned and delivered, including a creative overview, channel plan, and performance summary. Interviews are scheduled for the week commencing 26th May 2025.
