As a key player in the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector, they are dedicated to offering exceptional student living experiences. Now, they're on the hunt for a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to help take their brand to the next level.

Your Role: Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership & Team Management
    • Act as a trusted deputy for the Head of Sales & Marketing, ensuring seamless operations and strategic direction in their absence.
    • Lead and inspire a team of 3 to 5 professionals, driving success across digital marketing, resident life, branding, and content creation.
    • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and strategic execution.
  2. Strategic Corporate Communications
    • Develop and execute a corporate communications strategy that ensures key messages and successes are effectively shared across the company.
    • Work cross-functionally to establish an annual company planner, aligning marketing efforts with peak business periods.
    • Manage internal and external communications during incidents to maintain a positive company reputation.
  3. Industry Events & Awards
    • Identify and oversee participation in key industry events, boosting brand recognition and networking opportunities.
    • Drive award submissions that showcase our achievements and reinforce our market leadership.
  4. Content & Campaigns
    • Spearhead cross-functional marketing campaigns at both corporate and property levels to align with business objectives.
    • Oversee the creation of innovative and compelling marketing content that enhances brand visibility and engagement.
  5. Agency Collaboration & Strategic Alignment
    • Work closely with external agencies to ensure our brand vision is consistently and effectively represented.
    • Provide leadership and direction, ensuring agency output aligns with our strategic goals.
  6. Sales Operations & Business Growth
    • Strategically manage marketing materials and campaigns to support annual sales targets.
    • Lead marketing initiatives for new property launches and transitions, ensuring smooth mobilisation and demobilisation processes.
  7. Additional Responsibilities
    • Take on ad-hoc projects that support overall business goals and marketing strategies.
    • Stay adaptable and proactive in a dynamic business landscape.
Who We're Looking For
Experience & Skills:
  • 4+ years in marketing, within PBSA, Build-to-Rent (BTR), or real estate industries.
  • Proven leadership experience, managing and motivating teams.
  • Expertise in social media management, branding, and property marketing.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with experience in content creation and campaign development.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and major social media platforms.
Personal Qualities:
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can hit the ground running.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for sophisticated, professional branding.
