Overview

A leading claimant law firm are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join their Manchester office on a 12-month FTC. The role will involve owning the strategic marketing planning process, identifying marketing objectives, proposing campaigns and tactics to deliver against them and overseeing their implementation.

The Responsibilities:
  • Review market data, develop marketing plans and budgets, deliver campaigns, and ensure alignment with firmwide objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs, report on campaign performance, and suggest improvements using data and analytics.
  • Line manage staff, delegate tasks effectively, and contribute to process improvements within the marketing team.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies as needed.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and are tailored to the target audience and buyer journey.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, support ad-hoc projects, collaborate within the team, and manage budgets effectively.
The Candidate:
  • 4+ years in marketing and communications, with strong experience in digital campaigns, paid social/search, copywriting, and managing projects from concept to execution under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in CRM, e-marketing systems, Excel, reporting tools, and MS Office; knowledgeable in HTML and CMS platforms; data-driven with strong analytical capabilities.
