Job description

We’re looking for a passionate, creative marketing manager to join our growing seaside team at our animation studio. We craft puppets, build with plastic bricks, and shoot stop-motion in our vibrant studio — and we need someone who can tell the world about it!

This role is ideal for a Marketing Executive aiming to step into their first managerial position. We're seeking someone passionate, trend-aware, enthusiastic, and full of ideas.

Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy: Develop future marketing strategies beyond our current plan.
2. Social Content: Manage content across all channels.
3. Website & SEO: Collaborate with our Web and SEO teams to improve digital performance.
4. Research & Reporting: Measure and report on marketing performance.
5. Email Marketing: Manage mailing lists and campaigns.

About You

• 2+ years marketing experience.
• Knowledge of social media channels, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to work with external partners like web developers, SEO specialists, copywriters, and ad teams.
• Positive attitude and passion for marketing and trends.
• Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available.
• Located within commuting distance of Margate, as this is an onsite role.
