Job summary

Nter Talent in Manchester is seeking a Marketing Manager for an on-site role. You will own the marketing plan, drive demand generation, and directly influence pipeline while working closely with the sales team.

We’re looking for 4+ years in a generalist B2B marketing role, with strong digital skills, proven demand-gen success, and hands-on HubSpot experience. This role offers real ownership and collaboration with the co-founder.

• Plan and run events including trade shows and webinars.
• Track budget, leads, pipeline and ROI.

About The Company

I’m partnering with a fast-growing, tech-led logistics business headquartered in Manchester. Their platform, smart routing and real-time tracking power rapid, same-day and next-day delivery across major UK cities for well-known retail and ecommerce brands, and they’re scaling quickly.

About The Role

This is the business’s main marketing role, and they need a true all-rounder. You’ll report into the co-founder and work closely with the sales team. There’s no big marketing team, so you’ll set the plan and deliver it yourself. It suits someone who loves variety and wants to see the direct impact of their work.

What you’ll be doing

• Strategy and growth: building the marketing plan, leading product launches and running demand gen campaigns that create pipeline for sales
• Brand and content: owning the brand and producing case studies, blogs, research reports, sales collateral and PR
• Channels: running LinkedIn, email, paid, SEO, the website and the CRM, including ABM into target retail accounts
• Events: planning and delivering trade shows, events and webinars
• Reporting: managing the budget and tracking leads, pipeline and ROI

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years in a generalist B2B marketing role, ideally in logistics, ecommerce, retail tech or SaaS
• A track record of demand gen campaigns that delivered real pipeline
• Strong digital skills and confidence using data to improve results
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM
• Great writing that makes technical services sound simple
• Bonus points for scale-up or solo marketing experience, or knowledge of UK retail delivery
