Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role.
• Strong background in B2B marketing (IT, technology, MSP or SaaS).
• Commercially minded with a focus on lead generation and measurable impact.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, content, and events.
• Develop and maintain the company website and online presence.
• Create and manage social media activity (LinkedIn).
• Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Support lead generation activity in collaboration with the sales team.
• Produce marketing content including blogs, case studies, and sales collateral.
• Coordinate events, webinars, and industry exhibitions.
• Manage external agencies, suppliers, and freelance support where required.

We’re working with a growing technology business in Middlesex that is looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to take ownership of its marketing activity and support the next stage of its growth.
This is a broad, hands‑on role where you’ll be responsible for delivering the full marketing mix – from strategy and campaign planning through to day‑to‑day execution.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and the wider commercial team to drive awareness, generate leads, and strengthen the company’s market presence.

What we’re looking for
