What you’ll be doing

• Leading the Sales and Marketing Team daily, ensuring high-quality and timely task delivery
• Creating paid social media videos
• Owning main marketing channels, including the company website and lead conversion, and managing social media and event activities
• Developing staff skills within the Sales and Marketing team, setting achievable KPIs and Personal Development Plans
• Generating new marketing ideas and initiatives
• Supporting SEO, PPC advertising, website technical and creative projects
