Marketing Manager – Fintech – Up to £55k – Remote

Join a fast-growing fintech scale-up and lead the marketing relaunch from the ground up.

My client is a fintech business ready to bring marketing in-house for the first time. With no formal internal marketing function currently in place, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone to take full ownership of the strategy, shape the brand, and lead the go-to-market relaunch of their flagship product.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the entire marketing function – from content and campaign planning through to delivery
• Writing press releases, blogs, newsletters, award entries, and building out all sales collateral
• Leading the relaunch of a key B2B product, helping define the brand and go-to-market strategy
• Working alongside an external agency, the product team, and senior stakeholders
• Driving brand awareness, growing LinkedIn presence, and generating leads
• Setting KPIs around conversion, engagement and reach within the first 3 months

• A confident Marketing Manager
• Someone with generalist B2B experience, ideally in financial services or fintech
• Comfortable building strategy from scratch and working cross-functionally
• Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp and Pipedrive is a bonus
