MET Marketing in Leeds is seeking a Broad skilled Marketing Manager for a B2C e-commerce business. You will bring strong campaign management skills, be commercially minded, and drive data-informed planning and messaging across channels.

You will develop briefs, brief creative, and coordinate across the marketing team and external agencies to oversee delivery and optimization throughout campaigns.

Broad skilled Marketing Manager to join a B2C e-commerce business based in Leeds. A 10 years success story with YOY growth, this business is all about quality of product and service to its customers. Primarily direct to consumer they are also building their profile within the trade. You will bring with you strong campaign management skills. You will be commercially minded, look at the data, pull the campaign plan and messaging together, develop the briefs, brief creative and plans to the wider team/agencies and oversee to delivery.

Campaigns will be broad including product launches, brand, seasonal and promotion periods. Primarily digital, we are looking for an individual strong on the numbers who is always looking at the results campaigns are delivering and driving improvements.

Due to the mix of office and hybrid you must be West Yorkshire/Commutable to Leeds based.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing the annual campaign plan
• Using available data to inform planning decisions
• Developing the briefs and messaging
• Agreeing the channel mix
• Briefing campaigns to creative, the marketing team and external agencies
• Overseeing all campaign execution, ensuring everything is on time, within budget and delivering the results as planned
• Test and learning to drive improvements

Where You'll Be Based:

Your office will be commutable from Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Pudsey, Huddersfield, Halifax. Whilst close to Leeds centre the public transport links are okay, driving would be beneficial.
