Job Title: Marketing Manager - Luxury Care

Location: London

Role:

In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for raising brand awareness, generating high-quality leads for the sales team, and delivering creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that reflect our brand values and premium positioning. You’ll manage digital and offline channels, oversee agency relationships, and ensure our marketing efforts align with commercial goals and deliver measurable impact.

The ideal candidate will be a confident, hands-on marketer with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering results. You’ll be comfortable working independently and collaboratively, bringing innovative ideas and a commercial mindset to everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive awareness and interest in our homes
• Working closely with the sales team to deliver quality enquiries and measurable ROI
• Building and executing brand and content strategies across digital and offline channels
• Managing agency relationships and ensuring a consistent brand voice
• Bringing fresh ideas to the table – we love innovation and bold thinking!

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, ideally in premium/luxury sectors (property, hospitality, healthcare or similar)
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude – you can think big and execute brilliantly
