This opportunity would be ideal for a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive with proven experience in the property / high-end property sector and is confident using SEO, PPC, social media tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.



Package:

• £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (Commensurate with Experience)

Office: Holborn, London
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00 am – 6:00 pm)



Duties:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to luxury residential architecture and design
• Lead digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social platforms
• Oversee content creation and ensure consistent brand messaging across all assets
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify strategic opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business development goals
• Manage PR relationships and media coverage to elevate brand presence
• Coordinate with brand and graphic agencies to ensure quality across web and print collateral
• Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance and marketing budgets
• Plan and manage industry events and promotional activities

Requirements:

• Degree Qualified in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a marketing role (Ideally within the property / high-end property sector)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and refine strategy
• Strong aesthetic sensibility aligned with the luxury Residential market
• Interest in the real estate and high-end property markets
