You will lead campaigns, coordinate creative output with the Graphic & Multimedia Designer, and manage performance across channels.

The role requires substantial marketing experience, a solid grasp of digital marketing, lead-generation and market research, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Substantial marketing experience with digital marketing, advertising and lead-generation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement UK and international student recruitment marketing strategy.
• Research target student markets, competitors and recruitment trends.
• Plan integrated digital, social-media and offline campaigns and establish KPIs.
• Manage marketing budgets and lead-generation strategy.
• Monitor enquiries, leads, conversion data and campaign performance.
• Prepare management reports and recommendations.
• Develop brand positioning and coordinate the Graphic & Multimedia Designer's campaign output.
• Coordinate marketing activity relating to education providers, recruitment events and international markets.

Job Purpose.

The Marketing Manager will develop and implement the company's UK and international student recruitment marketing strategy, manage campaign and lead-generation activity, monitor performance and coordinate creative output supporting education recruitment activities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities.

• Develop and implement UK and international student recruitment marketing strategy..
• Research target student markets, competitors and recruitment trends..
• Plan integrated digital, social-media and offline campaigns and establish KPIs..
• Manage agreed marketing budgets and lead-generation strategy..
• Monitor enquiries, leads, conversion data and campaign performance..
• Prepare management reports and recommendations..
• Develop brand positioning and coordinate the Graphic & Multimedia Designer's campaign output..
• Coordinate marketing activity relating to education providers, recruitment events and international markets..

Qualifications, Skills and Experience.
