  • Lead Generation: Drive a consistent pipeline of high‑quality leads for our sales and recruitment teams through targeted demand generation activities.
  • Campaign Implementation: Facilitate the implementation of marketing programs and policies within the organisation.

Act as a brand champion, ensuring all marketing communications are consistent with our global brand guidelines.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, translating data into actionable insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with sales teams, recruitment consultants, and global marketing counterparts to ensure alignment and drive integrated commercial success.
  • Budget Maintenance: Maintain the marketing budget effectively, ensuring activities are delivered on time for comprehensive financial tracking and reporting.
  • Market Intelligence: Support the development of primary insights around segmentation, including competitor organisations, customers, and the market for business advantage.
  • Marketing Administration: Coordinate event logistics, expense tracking, and vendor negotiations.
Experience

  • Demonstrable experience delivering campaigns across social, email, direct, and paid channels.
  • Strong HubSpot experience required.
  • Confident creating content, both long and short form.
