Focusing on environmental responsibility, economic sustainability, and self-sufficiency, they aim to create a better world.

Role Overview

As part of this expanding renewable energy company, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing the marketing strategy focusing on brand awareness and lead generation
• Managing and developing a Marketing Executive
• Enhancing the company's social media strategy
• Managing CRM and creating lead generation campaigns
• Analyzing and reporting campaign results
• Building and maintaining relationships with external agencies

Experience Required

• Experience in developing multichannel marketing campaigns
• Proven success in lead generation campaigns
• Leadership skills and experience mentoring junior team members
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media growth
• Experience in utilities or clean energy sectors

Remuneration

• £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
• Company bonus scheme based on personal and company performance
