About Becketwell Arena

Becketwell is a cutting-edge events complex with a capacity of up to 3,500 people. It is designed to host a variety of events, including large corporate conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, major touring concerts, stand-up comedy, family performances, and sporting events. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new venue from the ground up.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, Marketing and Guest Experience, Becketwell Arena is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead local CRM, social, and digital marketing efforts. This pivotal role involves managing budgets, creating engaging content, and developing marketing strategies.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver marketing projects on time, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on CRM, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation and management of engaging content across social media platforms. Stay informed about industry trends to continuously improve digital content strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams to implement innovative digital campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, promoters, and ticketing partners. Monitor ticket sales and assess the effectiveness of promotional activities.
  • Manage marketing budgets and provide accurate ROI reports.
  • Lead the social media agency, ensure consistent branding, and seek collaboration opportunities with influencers and industry partners.
  • Support the Head of Sales, Marketing & Guest Experience, and senior management with additional tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and their implementation.
  • Experience with website or content management systems and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and MS Office (or similar tools).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in creating digital content and managing social media accounts.
  • Understanding of the entertainment industry and current trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various tasks.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track and report on marketing campaign performance.
  • Understanding of customer needs to create effective marketing solutions.
