Job summary

Justmylook, a fast-growing UK beauty retailer, is seeking a commercially driven Digital & Marketing Manager to unite Digital & Marketing efforts and drive the next growth phase. You’ll lead development of integrated campaigns across Email, Web and App content, and oversee a small team to turn marketing into measurable commercial results.

• Proven experience in multi-channel marketing in an Ecommerce environment (in house or agency).
• Experience delivering integrated marketing strategies that support commercial growth.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, retention, acquisition and paid media.
• Strong creative judgement and ability to build a consistent, engaging brand.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering an integrated marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition and profitable growth.
• Overseeing website marketing, onsite campaigns and conversion optimisation to improve the customer journey and online revenue.
• Driving CRM and retention activity across email, SMS and customer lifecycle campaigns to increase repeat purchases.
• Owning brand development and delivering impactful campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions and key retail moments.
• Leading and developing the marketing and design teams, managing external partners and collaborating across the wider business.
• Analysing performance, budgets and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and maximise marketing investment.

We’re looking for a commercially driven Digital & Marketing Manager who can bring together Digital & Marketing to drive the next stage of growth for one of the UK’s fast-growing beauty retailers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who knows how to build a brand digitally, by managing the development of Digital Marketing campaigns across Email, Web & App Content, and Performance.

About the role

What are they looking for?

• Proven experience in multi-channel marketing roles, gained in an Ecommerce environment either in house or agency. Ideally with experience with beauty
• Experience delivering integrated marketing strategies that support commercial growth
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, retention, acquisition and paid media.
• Strong creative judgement and the ability to build a consistent, engaging brand
• Excellent analytical, budget and project management skills
• Proven leadership skills and a proactive, commercially minded approach
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4 or a beauty, DTC or high-growth e-commerce brand would be a bonus!
