Job description

About The Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Paralloy Group's brand, products, and services. This includes conducting market research, analyzing data, creating marketing campaigns across various channels, and tracking their effectiveness to ensure optimal reach and engagement with target audiences, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Campaign development: Creating and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels like social media, print, email, website, and events.
  2. Content creation: Developing and managing content for marketing materials, including website, blog posts, articles, social media content, advertisements, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  3. Data analysis: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report campaign success and making data-driven adjustments.
  4. Social media management: Overseeing the company's social media presence, engaging with followers, and posting relevant content.
  5. Market research: Identifying customer trends, conducting competitor analysis, exploring opportunities for growth, and analyzing demographic data to inform marketing strategies.
  6. Lead generation: Implementing strategies to attract and nurture potential customers through marketing channels.
  7. Collaboration: Working with teams such as sales, design, and public relations to align marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Ideally, you will have a degree in Marketing or E-commerce and proven experience in a marketing role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, CMS software, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Professional experience in conducting online marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of marketing data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Ability to manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
  • Creativity and ability to create effective advertising content.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Awareness of trends and innovations in internet marketing.
  • Willingness for continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Ability to conduct competitive analysis.
  • Experience in e-commerce is an added advantage.
