Job summary

Worcester Bosch is seeking a Marketing Analyst Graduate to join our Marketing team in Worcester. You will help shape insights and customer experience by analyzing market research and customer feedback, contributing to data-driven decisions across the business.

As part of the Insight team, you’ll develop skills in data processing, analytics, and building reliable data pipelines using tools like Power BI, Knime and Azure Databricks, while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and basic statistical analysis.
Basic knowledge of data visualization tools and data analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Formulate and analyse market research and customer feedback to support insights and customer experience strategy.
Involve in data processing and analytics to provide timely, accurate insights for Marketing and the wider business.
Maintain reliable data pipelines and integrations across internal systems.
Be part of the Insight team in Marketing and develop deep expertise in market research and performance insights.
