Job summary

Bosch Worcester is seeking a Marketing Analyst Graduate to join our Marketing team. You will formulate and analyse market research and customer feedback to support our insights and customer experience strategy.

You’ll work with data processing and analytics to provide timely insights for Marketing and the wider business, while maintaining reliable data pipelines across internal systems. This role sits in the Insight team and targets building deep expertise in market research and performance

Qualifications

  • Right To Work in the UK for the duration of the contract term.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, basic statistical analysis, and core survey design principles.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics tools such as Knime and Azure Databricks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Analyst Graduate! In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Involved with data processing and analytics to provide timely, accurate insights for Marketing and the wider business, whilst maintaining reliable data pipelines and integrations across our internal systems.
  • Located within the Insight team in Marketing, this role is designed for an analytically minded graduate who wants to develop deep expertise in market research, customer feedback, and performance insights.
Qualifications
  • Right To Work: please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2-year fixed term role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, basic statistical analysis, and core survey design principles.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power Bi.
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics tools such as Knime and Azure Databricks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Additional Information

  • Expected Start Date: 02/11/2026 Please note that this date is advisory and can be flexible within reason.
  • Contract Duration: 2 years
  • Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
