Job summary

Worcester Bosch invites applications for a Process & System Development Advanced Apprentice (Graduate) in our Service department. You will join a dynamic team that ensures exceptional customer service by leveraging technology to improve customer journeys and day-to-day roles, with team members across the UK & Ireland and at our Worcester head office.

You will work on modern IT applications, including SAP, Azure Databricks, and the Power Platform, delivering high-impact projects and applying

Qualifications

Degree in business, economics, computing or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think of solutions to business problems.
Strong presentation skills for delivering information to stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage varying workloads and deadlines.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Willingness to learn and receive feedback from experienced colleagues.
Practical experience applying AI concepts or tools to enhance project outcomes.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps/Power Automate) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with local and international teams to drive department improvements via modern IT applications.
Work with SAP as data origin, Azure Databricks and Power Platform to deliver solutions.
Deliver high-impact improvement projects within scope and timelines.
Use analytical mindset to inform strategic developments and decisions.
Gain knowledge of current landscape to support and maintain systems.
