Job summary

Able Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a respected training provider for a Marketing Executive based in Coventry. The role leads planning, creating, and delivering campaigns promoting apprenticeships, commercial training and business services to boost brand awareness and learner recruitment.

You will collaborate with internal teams to produce marketing content, manage digital channels and use data to continuously improve activity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, communications or campaign management.
• Experience in B2B, education, training or service environments is advantageous.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge including social media, email and SEO.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create engaging content including website copy, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts.
• Manage social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Update website content and improve online visibility using SEO best practice.
• Build and distribute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Analyse campaign performance and produce reports to support future marketing decisions.
• Maintain CRM data to improve employer engagement and campaign targeting.
• Work closely with business development, employer engagement, and curriculum teams to support business objectives.
