Job summary

Able Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a respected training provider for a Marketing and Campaigns Specialist to join their Coventry-based team. The role leads planning, creating and delivering marketing campaigns for apprenticeships, commercial training and business services.

You will work with internal teams to produce high-quality content, manage digital channels and use data to continuously improve marketing activity, driving enquiries and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, communications or campaign management.
• Experience in B2B/education or training environment is a plus.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing and SEO.
• Strong organisational skills with multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Ability to use campaign data and market insights to optimise performance.

At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Marketing and Campaigns Specialist to join their expanding team based in Coventry.

This is a full-time Marketing and Campaigns Specialist role where you will take the lead in planning, creating, and delivering engaging marketing campaigns that promote apprenticeships, commercial training, and business services. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, generating new enquiries and supporting the organisations continued growth.

You will work closely with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing content, manage digital channels, and use campaign performance data to continuously improve marketing activity.

What you will be doing:

• Plan and deliver creative marketing campaigns across a range of digital and traditional channels
• Create engaging content including website copy, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts
• Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Update website content and improve online visibility using SEO best practice
• Build and distribute email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Analyse campaign performance and produce reports to support future marketing decisions

What we are looking for:
