The Carlton Academy is recruiting a Marketing Apprentice to kickstart a career in marketing within a vibrant school environment. You will help create engaging content, promote school events and showcase the school community to stakeholders.

You will join a supportive team, access high-quality CPD through the Redhill Teaching Hub, and contribute to campaigns that raise the school’s profile across the community.

Marketing Apprentice - The Carlton Academy

National Apprenticeship Wage

37 hours per week - Full time, Fixed term for 2 years, Term time plus 1 week

As a Marketing Apprentice, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and produce high quality promotional material such as the school prospectus and production programmes for the whole school
• Produce materials in house to the required standard, including booklets, flyers etc
• To advertise school events. For example, new intake of sixth form, open evenings.
• Liaison with departments and non-teaching staff over matters relating to marketing and media and whole school issues.
