BioScapes Group (Rolawn) is a family of specialist brands and a trusted name in our industries, with a shared ambition to create spaces that work harder for people and the planet. We care about quality, sustainability and doing the right thing for our customers, our communities and our planet. Honesty, integrity and professionalism shape the way we work, alongside a hard-working, customer-focused culture that encourages us to improve, evolve and innovate as we move forward.
As the Marketing Executive responsible for our ecommerce and retail audience, you’ll play an important role in growing our D2C audience and creating a consistent, engaging experience for our customers. You’ll take day-to-day ownership of marketing across our ecommerce websites and retail channels, working closely with external agencies to coordinate campaigns, manage projects and support the ongoing development of our websites.
You’ll help shape the retail customer journey from initial discovery through to purchase and retention, looking for opportunities to improve how customers experience and engage with our brands at every stage. It’s a varied, hands-on role spanning ecommerce, email marketing, paid and organic social media, content creation, online marketplaces and customer communications.
Finding the right person matters. We’re open to applicants with different levels and types of marketing experience, with scope to shape the role around the strengths and experience of the successful candidate.
If some parts of the job description feel like a stretch, we’d still encourage you to apply. We value potential as well as experience and are committed to developing our people, with opportunities to learn new skills, build your knowledge and grow within the role.
