Job description

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join us, working closely with our Brand Manager and supporting our three brands - NTG, Elite Group and Netcentrix.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll work across the full marketing mix, with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign delivery to support pipeline growth. You’ll be involved in planning and delivering campaigns, creating engaging content, supporting events, and reviewing performance to help shape future activity.

You’ll work closely with sales teams, internal stakeholders and external agencies, building strong working relationships and delivering marketing activity that is creative and commercially focused. Alongside external campaigns, you’ll also support internal communications and events, helping bring the brands and culture to life.

This role suits a confident, well-organised marketer with a few years’ experience who enjoys autonomy, manages competing priorities effectively, and likes being involved in a wide range of marketing activity. It’s ideal for someone who values variety, enjoys learning by doing, and wants exposure across different channels, campaigns and brands.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, the key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Lead Generation, Campaign Delivery & Analysis
  • Support the planning, delivery and optimisation of lead generation and nurturing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activity with pipeline and growth objectives.
  • Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve lead quality and conversion.
Content Creation & Marketing Communications
  • Create engaging content for email, social media, websites, blogs, and eBooks.
  • Contribute copywriting, graphics, and video content for campaigns, presentations, and social media.
  • Support internal communications, including email updates and Workvivo content.
  • Work closely with sales teams to create and maintain high quality sales materials.
  • Support campaigns with collateral that aids deal closure and reinforces brand messaging.
Events & Internal Activities
  • Support the Brand Manager in organising internal events, including parties, fundraisers, and team initiatives.
  • Help plan and deliver customer events, webinars, and external marketing activities.
  • Ensure all events are well-promoted, professionally executed, and align with brand standards.
Brand Consistency & Creative Support
  • Support brand consistency across all materials and communications.
  • Bring creative ideas for campaigns, graphics, copy, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Work with agencies to produce branded assets for campaigns, events and social media.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
  • Build strong relationships from Sales to Service Desk, and wider business teams.
  • Share fresh ideas and approaches to improve marketing activity and employee engagement.
  • Monitor trends in marketing, social media, and digital tools to bring new ideas to the team.

The person specification, skills, knowledge and competencies required for the role are as follows:

What you’ll bring
  • A few years’ experience in a marketing role, with the chance to get involved across the full marketing mix.
  • Confidence communicating with people at all levels, and a natural ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, agencies and stakeholders.
  • Great organisation and time management skills — you’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities and can stay calm when things get busy.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach; you spot what needs doing and get on with it.
  • Strong attention to detail, without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset and a genuine interest in bringing ideas to life.
  • Experience creating content for social media, presentations and campaigns, including visuals and video.
  • A good understanding of how social media is used for business, including creating reels.
Tools & Performance
  • Experience using marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva and Figma.
  • Confidence in reviewing campaign performance, draw actionable insights, and use them to optimise future activity and drive better results.
  • You enjoy variety and like being involved in lots of different marketing activities.
  • You’re people-focused, collaborative and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.
  • You’re curious, keen to keep learning, and enjoy having fun while doing great work.
  • Experience working in a B2B and/or technology-led environment.
