Job summary

3 Sixty Resourcing seeks a Marketing Executive in Peterborough for a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working. The role covers day-to-day marketing, project leadership, website management, and content creation to drive lead generation and brand consistency.

Experience in marketing or design and proficiency with WordPress/Elementor are desirable. The position offers a salary up to £45,000 per annum (DOE) with an 18% pension, 25 days holiday, health cover and a flexible hybrid work pattern

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day marketing activities across the business.

Our client is looking for a creative, commercially minded and highly organised Marketing Executive to join their Sales & Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Peterborough with hybrid working available.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and eager to learn, with the confidence to manage projects, contribute fresh ideas and produce high-quality marketing content.

What's involved for the Marketing Executive…

• Manage day-to-day marketing activities across the business
• Lead marketing projects from conception to completion
• Manage and update company websites using WordPress and Elementor
• Support PR, advertising and lead-generation initiatives
• Create and manage social media content and campaigns
• Design and produce high-quality artwork for print and digital media
• Create engaging content for websites, social media, advertising and promotional materials
• Ensure all creative output aligns with company brand guidelines
• Prepare artwork for print and digital production
• Coordinate projects with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve marketing activity and campaign effectiveness

What you'll need…

• Experience or a demonstrable aptitude in marketing, graphic design or a creative role
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience using Canva and iMovie or other video-editing software
• Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor and ActiveCampaign
• An understanding of preparing artwork for print and digital production
• Good organisational and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Desirable skills for the Marketing Executive include:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices
