Job summary

KD Recruitment Limited is seeking a Marketing Executive to join its marketing and digital team in North Yorkshire. The role involves supporting a broad range of activities, creating content, SEO-optimised material, and coordinating events to raise the company brand.

The ideal candidate will have generalist marketing experience, strong copywriting skills, and the ability to work independently while developing new ideas. Flexible/hybrid working and full-time hours are available.

• Produce SEO/GEO-optimised content.
• Support and implement the marketing strategy across departments.
• Develop and implement graphic design elements for marketing collateral.
• Coordinate and attend events and various sector/networking activities.
• Collaborate with teams to align marketing with business objectives.
• Craft compelling advertisements for PPC campaigns.
• Create internal content to showcase wider business initiatives.
• Work with external agencies to ensure on-brand, high-quality outputs.

What the Marketing Executive job involves

You will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team across a broad range of activities, helping to elevate the company's brand and engage with clients.

• Creating engaging content, including blog posts, web content, press releases and other written materials.
• Creating SEO / GEO optimised content.
• Support the wider team to implement the marketing strategy.
• Developing and implementing graphic design elements for various marketing collateral.
• Coordinating and attending events.
• Supporting and attending a variety of events, including sector-specific, networking, charity, and careers events.
• Collaborating with teams across the business to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Crafting compelling advertisements for PPC campaigns.
• Creating internal content for employees to see what the wider business is involved with.
• Working with external agencies to make sure that projects are on brand and of the high quality needed.

This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires an individual who can manage multiple priorities and is keen to immerse themselves in the business.

Skills required

We are looking for a candidate with proven all-round marketing experience who can hit the ground running. Ideal candidates will possess:
