Marketing & Communications Executive

• Location: Burgess Hill, Head Office


• Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week


• Working Pattern: Office-based


• Salary: £32,000

We're currently supporting a client in their search for a Marketing & Communications Executive to join their growing team. Working closely with senior leadership, this position plays a key role in delivering marketing initiatives and supporting wider business growth.

The successful candidate will be involved in creating engaging content, managing digital marketing activities, and supporting commercial objectives through effective communication, creative campaigns, and brand-focused marketing efforts. Day-to-day of the role

• Support the delivery of the marketing strategy, ensuring consistent branding and tone of voice across all communications.


• Manage and create content for social media channels, keeping the website content fresh and optimised for SEO.


• Develop written, visual, and video content for digital channels, newsletters, case studies, and customer communications.


• Create and adapt marketing and sales collateral using Adobe Creative Suite.


• Support exhibitions, events, and sales activities with relevant communications and marketing materials.


• Maintain marketing activity calendars and assist with updates to the eCommerce site.


• Keep CRM and marketing data accurate and up-to-date.


• Monitor marketing activity and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.


• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify content and marketing opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months experience in a marketing or communications role.


• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, CMS, and Google Analytics.


• Skilled in creating and editing video and visual content.


• Creative with a keen eye for design and visual communication.


• Strong writing skills and confident in communication.


• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.


• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.


• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.


• Experienced in using AI tools to support research, content creation, idea generation, editing, productivity, and marketing effectiveness.
