Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions, Northampton, is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our established professional services team. You will work closely with the Marketing Partner and wider team to deliver the firm's marketing strategy, strengthen brand awareness and support growth across multiple offices.

The role covers content creation, website updates, SEO, social media, email campaigns and event support, with hands-on use of WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing, Communications or Business role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing.
• Experience using WordPress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong content creation and copywriting abilities.
• Experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing and Google Ads.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Creating engaging articles, newsletters, website content and video content.
• Managing and maintaining the company's website using WordPress.
• Supporting SEO activity and monitoring website performance.
• Managing and developing the company's social media presence, particularly LinkedIn.
• Creating and scheduling engaging social media content.
• Supporting email marketing campaigns and circulating newsletters to clients and contacts.
• Assisting with Google Ads/Google AdWords activity.
• Planning, organising and attending in-person and online events.
• Supporting wider marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Monitoring marketing activity and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and reach.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Previous experience in a Marketing, Communications or Business role

• Experience using WordPress
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong content creation and copywriting abilities
• Experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing and/or Google Ads
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A creative approach with strong attention to detail
• The confidence to work independently while also contributing effectively within a wider team
