The Opportunity

As Marketing Executive, you’ll help drive brand awareness, lead generation, digital engagement, and campaign delivery across multiple channels. From content creation and social media to video production, events, digital campaigns, and website management, you’ll play a central role in elevating the company’s marketing presence.

You’ll also have the opportunity to influence marketing strategy and help shape the future direction of the brand as the business continues to scale.

This role offers genuine long-term progression potential into a Marketing Manager position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting and executing the company’s marketing and content strategy
• Creating engaging content for social media, website, email campaigns, blogs, and case studies
• Managing and growing the company’s online presence across LinkedIn and digital platforms
• Designing marketing materials, including graphics, brochures, presentations, and digital ads
• Producing video content from concept to editing and publishing
• Managing website updates, SEO improvements, and brand consistency
• Supporting email marketing campaigns and automation activity
• Coordinating events, webinars, and exhibitions
• Tracking campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools
• Collaborating with technical and sales teams to translate services into compelling customer messaging

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking — someone who can bring ideas to life while understanding how marketing supports business growth.

You’ll ideally have:

• 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within B2B or technology sectors
• Strong content creation and copywriting ability
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms
• Good design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Experience with WordPress, SEO, and website management
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Confidence working with internal stakeholders and technical teams
• Experience with video editing and multimedia content creation (desirable)
• A proactive, self-driven approach with strong attention to detail
