Confidential in Milton Keynes is seeking a Marketing Assistant on a temporary, part-time basis to help keep our marketing data accurate, refresh channels, and support day-to-day activities within the marketing team. You will process subscribers and leads in Salesforce, upload content to our scheduling platform, and update the website with new text, images, and links.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing role (Assistant/Coordinator).
• Proficient data entry and administrative skills.
• Proficient in CRM, ideally Salesforce.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Well-organised with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Strong written English.

Responsibilities

• Process new subscribers and leads in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy.
• Upload content to social media scheduling platform.
• Update website with new content (text, images, links).
• Assist with project administration and ad hoc tasks.
• Support other activities as required to assist the business.
