Job summary

Allen Associates is seeking a fluent-language Marketing Assistant to support content in a fast-paced marketing team. The role focuses on managing Contentful content, ensuring accuracy, and preparing assets for release.

• Fluency in Spanish, German, Arabic, Korean, Chinese or Italian is required.
• Experience with Contentful in a similar role.
• Strong organisational and proofreading skills.

• Experience with digital assets and multimedia files.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Populate and maintain content within Contentful for consistency and accuracy.
• Review content and identify gaps or areas for improvement.
• Create and update page copy, editorial content, and other information.
• Manage imagery, videos, and other digital assets for online presentation.
• Maintain asset libraries and metadata for retrieval and consistency.
• Support content migration and population activities.
• Conduct QA checks on digital content and assets before launch.
• Assist teams with content updates and publishing activities.
• Support post-launch content management and governance.

Temporary Marketing Assistant Responsibilities

• Populating and maintaining content within Contentful to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Reviewing existing content and identifying any gaps or areas for improvement.
• Creating and updating page copy, editorial content, and other information.
• Managing imagery, videos, and other digital assets to optimise online presentation.
• Maintaining asset libraries and metadata for easy retrieval and consistency.
• Supporting content migration and content population activities.
• Conducting quality assurance checks on digital content and assets to ensure launch readiness.
• Assisting teams with content updates and publishing activities.
• Supporting post-launch content management and governance activities.

Temporary Marketing Assistant Rewards

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.
