Reed in Milton Keynes is seeking a Marketing Assistant (Temporary, Part-Time) to maintain the accuracy of marketing data, update channels, and support day-to-day activities within the marketing department.

Day-to-day duties include processing subscribers and leads in Salesforce, uploading content to the social scheduling platform, updating website content, and assisting with project administration. This role is based in the Milton Keynes office, three days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing role such as Marketing Assistant or Coordinator.
• Experience in data entry or administrative roles.
• Proficient in using a CRM, ideally Salesforce, to process records such as leads and contacts.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident in using spreadsheets and Microsoft Office.
• Well-organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good written English.

Responsibilities

• Process new subscribers and leads in Salesforce, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Upload prepared content to our social media scheduling platform.
• Update our website with new content, including text, images, and links.
• Assist the marketing team with project administration and ad hoc tasks.
• Occasionally support other activities as required to assist the business.
