Responsibilities:

• Assist with new product launches by gathering content, preparing basic multilingual materials (e.g., brochures, datasheets, web pages), and tracking timelines.
• Support product lifecycle marketing through updates to marketing collateral, point-of-sale materials, and digital assets like presentations.
• Help maintain product image and video libraries by supporting photography sessions, filing assets, and ensuring technical accuracy.
• Provide administrative support for literature development, including proofreading, version checks, and integration of new translations.
• Assist with website administration by loading content, testing pages, and supporting routine updates.
• Support exhibitions and events through logistics tasks, such as preparing materials, exhibitor portal submissions, and off-site coordination.
• Respond to distributor and internal marketing requests with basic support packs, updates, and communications.
• Contribute to basic analytics by compiling data for reports on website traffic, leads, and campaign activity.
• Any additional duties deemed appropriate in line with key responsibilities of the role.
