Job summary

Westcotts is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Exeter team on a full-time, permanent basis, reporting into the Marketing Manager. This role suits an organised, detail-focused individual who can support campaigns, events and communications.

You’ll work across marketing disciplines including events, digital marketing, design, social media, and content updates, with hybrid working and ongoing development opportunities. Travel to other offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, marketing or customer-facing role
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Canva

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support across marketing projects, campaigns and events
• Maintaining and updating marketing databases and mailing lists
• Supporting and manage the planning and delivery of client events, seminars and webinars, including logistics and attendee lists
• Assisting with website updates and basic content uploads using the CMS
• Supporting social media scheduling and monitoring under guidance from the wider team
• Helping to organise and track marketing budgets, invoices and supplier orders
• Liaising with external suppliers and agencies such as venues
• Supporting the firm’s sponsorship, community engagement, CSR and wider sustainability initiatives
• Occasionally travelling to our offices across Devon and Somerset to support events
