City West Country Ltd in Exeter is seeking a Marketing Co-Ordinator to create engaging content and drive brand awareness across the portfolio. You will work with Sales and Aftersales to support campaigns and generate leads while maintaining content calendars and coordinating with media partners.

The role involves website and social content, GDPR compliance, events, and direct mail support, with career growth in a growing business. Office-based in Exeter with a 12-month FTC.

Qualifications

• Experience with a CMS (WordPress or Magento) and Google Analytics.
• Experience with marketing platforms (Campaign Monitor and HubSpot).
• eCommerce experience is essential.
• SEO experience desirable.
• Organised self-starter.
• Maintain calm under pressure.
• Great multi-tasker and project management skills.
• A willingness to learn.
• Strong communicator.
• Works effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand awareness and lead generation by creating engaging content across the portfolio.
• Support Sales and Aftersales with targeted marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
• Develop content calendars and manage website and social media content.
• Coordinate with videographers, photographers and influencers.
• Analyse and report on marketing activities (openers, CTR, engagement, conversions).
• Assist on new projects including eMarketing, GDPR, events and direct mail.
