Job Title: Marketing Co-ordinator

Location: Runcorn (WA7 2PY)

Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum

Shifts: Monday‑Thursday 08:30‑17:00, Friday 08:30‑15:00

Contract Type: Permanent

Overview

This full‑time office‑based role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys blending creativity with organisation and campaign support. You will work closely with the sales team and the Belgium office to deliver marketing campaigns, product launches and creative materials.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials for print and digital, including brochures, POS, catalogues, social media content and website assets.
  • Assist with design work, artwork and visual content (drawing skills beneficial but not essential).
  • Write and adapt clear marketing copy for a range of channels.
  • Support social media scheduling and email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
  • Assist with exhibitions, promotions and coordination with suppliers.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Provide general marketing administration and campaign support.
  • Assist with typesetting and printing of marketing materials.
Qualifications
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Design, Art or a related subject.
  • 1‑3 years’ experience in a marketing or creative role (or strong graduate/placement experience).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); Canva experience desirable.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in visual communication and branding.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative or marketing work preferred.
