Job summary

Etex Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Measham for a fixed-term 12-month maternity cover. This largely remote role offers flexibility with occasional Measham office visits.

You’ll support the FSi Promat brand with content creation, digital marketing and sales support, working with a proactive, collaborative team. You will coordinate campaigns, manage material for internal and external communications, and collaborate with the wider Etex group.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience, either in the field or through university.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with close attention to detail.
• A good level of English.
• Ability to stay organised and manage several priorities.
• Confidence building and managing relationships across the business.
• Proactive, team-focused approach and able to work independently.
• Interest in learning about the technical side of our products.
• Attend Measham office for occasional meetings and training.
• Experience of email marketing, ideally with HubSpot.
• Experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn paid advertising.
• Experience in construction or a similar market.
• Experience producing content.
• Experience using Optimizely or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for our website, LinkedIn and other digital channels.

• Coordinate public relations content with external agencies.
• Create internal communications, such as posters around the factory.
• Support the sales team with requests, including ordering merchandise.

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join us on a fixed term 12 months maternity cover, supporting the FSi Promat brand with content, digital marketing and sales support. This is a mostly remote role, so you'll work from home with the option to visit our Measham office as often as you like. You'll join a supportive, welcoming team where every idea is welcome, and people feel comfortable challenging each other. Your hours are flexible, and there's the chance to take on extra projects, shadow other marketing colleagues and work with our wider Etex group if you'd like. You'll work independently and use your own initiative, so you'll build relationships with the team as you go.

What you'll do

• Work closely with our Technical team and other colleagues to get the information you need to move projects forward.

What you'll bring

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience of email marketing, ideally with HubSpot.
• Experience managing Google pay-per-click advertising and LinkedIn paid advertising.
• Experience in construction or a similar market.
• Experience producing content.
• Experience using Optimizely (website management) or Salesforce (customer relationship management).
