Job summary

FSi Promat by Etex in Measham is seeking a Marketing Coordinator on a fixed-term 12-month maternity cover to support the brand with content, digital marketing and sales support. The role is mostly remote with the option to visit the Measham office as often as you like.

You’ll create and manage content for our website and LinkedIn, run email campaigns via HubSpot, coordinate PR content with external agencies, and support the sales team with requests while keeping admin tasks up to date.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience in field or via university or both.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading with high attention to detail.
• Good level of English and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for website, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Produce and send email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
• Coordinate PR content with external agencies.
• Create internal communications, such as posters around the factory.
• Support the sales team with requests including merchandise orders.
• Handle marketing admin tasks and raise purchase orders.
• Collaborate with Technical team to move projects forward.
