Job summary

FSi Promat by Etex in Measham is seeking a Marketing Coordinator on a fixed-term 12-month maternity cover to support the brand with content, digital marketing and sales support. The role is mostly remote with the option to visit the Measham office as often as you like.

You’ll create and manage content for our website and LinkedIn, run email campaigns via HubSpot, coordinate PR content with external agencies, and support the sales team with requests while keeping admin tasks up to date.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience in field or via university or both.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading with high attention to detail.
• Good level of English and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Join us as a Marketing Coordinator in Measham! We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join us on a fixed term 12 months maternity cover, supporting the FSi Promat brand with content, digital marketing and sales support. This is a mostly remote role, so you'll work from home with the option to visit our Measham office as often as you like. You'll join a supportive, welcoming team where every idea is welcome, and people feel comfortable challenging each other. Your hours are flexible, and there's the chance to take on extra projects, shadow other marketing colleagues and work with our wider Etex group if you'd like. You'll work independently and use your own initiative, so you'll build relationships with the team as you go.

What You'll Do

• Create and manage content for our website, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Produce and send email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
• Coordinate public relations content with our external agencies.
• Create internal communications, such as posters around the factory.
• Support the sales team with their requests, including ordering merchandise.
• Look after marketing admin, including raising purchase orders.
• Work closely with our Technical team and other colleagues to get the information you need to move projects forward.

What You'll Bring

• Marketing experience, either in the field or through university.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, with close attention to detail.
• A good level of English.
• The ability to stay organised and manage several priorities at once.
• Confidence building and managing relationships with colleagues across the business.
• A proactive, team-focused approach, and the ability to work independently using your own initiative.
• Interest in learning about the technical side of our products.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office 365.
• Attend Measham office for occasional meetings and training.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

• Experience of email marketing, ideally with HubSpot.
• Experience managing Google pay-per-click advertising and LinkedIn paid advertising.
• Experience in construction or a similar market.
• Experience producing content.
• Experience using Optimizely (website management) or Salesforce (customer relationship management).
