Etex is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a 12-month maternity cover, predominantly remote with optional visits to the Measham office. You will support content, digital marketing and sales enablement across the FSi Promat brand.

You'll craft website content, manage email campaigns in HubSpot, coordinate PR with agencies, and assist the sales team with collateral and orders. The role emphasizes collaboration, initiative, and flexibility within a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience gained in-house or via university.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading with close attention to detail.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to stay organized and manage several priorities.
• Confident in building relationships with colleagues across the business.
• Proactive, team-focused and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage content for website, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Produce and send email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
• Coordinate public relations content with external agencies.
• Create internal communications, such as posters around the factory.
• Support the sales team with requests, including ordering merchandise.
• Look after marketing administration, including raising purchase orders.
• Work closely with the Technical team to gather information and move projects forward.

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join us on a fixed term 12 months maternity cover, supporting the FSi Promat brand with content, digital marketing and sales support. This is a mostly remote role, so you'll work from home with the option to visit our Measham office as often as you like. You'll join a supportive, welcoming team where every idea is welcome, and people feel comfortable challenging each other. Your hours are flexible, and there's the chance to take on extra projects, shadow other marketing colleagues and work with our wider Etex group if you'd like. You'll work independently and use your own initiative, so you'll build relationships with the team as you go.

What you'll do

• Create and manage content for our website, LinkedIn and other digital channels.

What you'll bring

• Marketing experience, either in the field or through university.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, with close attention to detail.
• A good level of English.
• The ability to stay organised and manage several priorities at once.
• Confidence building and managing relationships with colleagues across the business.
• A proactive, team-focused approach, and the ability to work independently using your own initiative.
• Interest in learning about the technical side of our products.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office 365.
• Attend Measham office for occasional meetings and training.

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience of email marketing, ideally with HubSpot.
• Experience managing Google pay-per-click advertising and LinkedIn paid advertising.
• Experience in construction or a similar market.
• Experience producing content.
• Experience using Optimizely (website management) or Salesforce (customer relationship management).
