Job description

Role Introduction

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our IT Services marketing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. You will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, driving lead generation efforts, and supporting pipeline acceleration through multi-channel marketing strategies.

What You Will Do
  1. Email Marketing: Create, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns using Marketo to engage our customer base. Maintain and manage email lists, ensuring segmentation and personalisation. Measure and report on campaign performance for continuous improvement.
  2. Lead Tracking & Management: Use Salesforce to track, manage, and report on lead performance. Collaborate with Business Development for effective lead nurturing and handover.
  3. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate webinars, roundtables, and other events from conception to execution. Manage logistics and evaluate post-event success.
  4. Content Marketing: Support creation of marketing collateral like blogs, case studies, and sales tools. Maintain content libraries aligned with brand messaging and goals.
  5. Internal Marketing: Manage internal communications such as newsletters and announcements. Coordinate all-hands meetings and internal events.
What You Will Have
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, email, social media, and event coordination. Experience with tools like Marketo or Salesforce is a plus but not essential.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with cross-departmental working ability.
  • Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills, and a passion for creative marketing.
