Job summary

Farleys Solicitors, part of the Lawfront Group, is looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join its growing Marketing & Business Development team in Manchester/Lancashire. You will gain hands-on experience across the full marketing mix, from content creation and social media to events, PR and internal comms, helping grow the Farleys brand.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will develop campaigns, manage website content, create engaging material, and produce video content.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in a marketing role.
• Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience managing websites, social media and email marketing campaigns.
• Experience creating visual marketing assets using Canva.
• Basic to intermediate video creation/editing skills.
• Strong eye for design, branding and visual storytelling.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• CIM qualification, or working towards one.
• Experience in legal or professional services would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing campaigns and communications that align with the firm's strategic goals.
• Manage and update website content in collaboration with the wider Lawfront digital marketing team.
• Create engaging content across a range of channels, including social media, email marketing, website content and internal communications.
• Write, edit and proofread blogs, articles, news stories, newsletters and marketing materials.
• Develop visual marketing assets using Canva and other design platforms.
• Plan, film and edit short-form video content for social media, website, employer branding and internal communications activity.
• Work with colleagues across the firm to identify opportunities for video storytelling and thought leadership content.
• Support the delivery of internal communications initiatives that engage colleagues across Farleys and the wider Lawfront Group.
• Manage the firm's marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, events and business development activities are effectively coordinated.
• Liaise with external suppliers, designers, photographers and agencies to deliver marketing projects.
• Provide guidance on the Farleys and Lawfront brands, ensuring consistency across all marketing activity.
• Support the planning and delivery of client events, sponsorships and networking opportunities, including representing Farleys at events when required.
• Provide ad-hoc support on marketing and business development projects as needed.
