Job summary

Farleys Solicitors LLP is recruiting a Marketing Executive in Manchester and/or Lancashire. You will work across the full marketing mix, from content and social media to events and internal comms, contributing ideas and taking ownership of projects that raise the firm's brand and reputation.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will develop engaging content, manage campaigns, and collaborate with the wider Lawfront digital marketing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a marketing role.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
• Experience managing websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Experience creating visual assets using Canva.
• Basic to intermediate video creation and editing skills.
• Strong design eye and branding/visual storytelling.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation and evaluation of marketing campaigns and communications that align with the firm's strategic goals.
• Manage and update website content in collaboration with the wider Lawfront digital marketing team.
• Create engaging content across channels including social media, email marketing, website content and internal communications.
• Write, edit and proofread blogs, articles, news stories, newsletters and marketing materials.
• Develop visual marketing assets using Canva and other design platforms.
• Plan, film and edit short-form video content for social media, website and employer branding.
• Work with colleagues to identify opportunities for video storytelling and thought leadership content.
• Support delivery of internal communications initiatives across Farleys and the Lawfront Group.
• Manage the firm's marketing calendar and coordinate campaigns, events and BD activities.
• Liaise with external suppliers, designers, photographers and agencies to deliver projects.
• Provide guidance on Farleys and Lawfront brands for consistency.
• Support planning and delivery of client events, sponsorships and networking opportunities.
• Provide ad-hoc support on marketing and BD projects as needed.
