Farleys Solicitors is seeking a Corporate Commercial Associate to join our Manchester team. You will advise owner-managed businesses, SMEs and larger regional organisations on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

Caseload includes M&A, shareholder agreements, restructures, corporate governance and commercial contracts. We value strong drafting, client relationships and a collaborative, supportive culture with clear progression paths.

The Role

You will advise a diverse client base ranging from owner-managed businesses and SMEs to larger regional organisations across a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters.

Your caseload will include:

• Business sales, acquisitions and disposals
• Shareholder and partnership agreements
• Company restructures and reorganisations
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Corporate governance and compliance matters
• Commercial contracts, terms and conditions, and supply agreements
• Joint ventures and strategic collaborations
• Supporting clients through business growth, succession planning and investment transactions

You'll play an active role in building client relationships, developing new business opportunities and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
