ST Selection Ltd seeks a Senior Content Marketing Specialist in the Ellesmere Port area to drive performance-led digital marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition. You will coordinate with the International Marketing team and the local Senior Marketing Executive to ensure ROI on marketing investments.

The role emphasizes owning digital planning, reporting, and optimisation across channels, with a strong focus on measurable results and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience in a digital / content marketing role.
• Proven experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Strong analytics skills with GA4/Looker Studio or similar.
• CRM systems experience; HubSpot advantageous.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Marketing Specialist for our client, a leading European manufacturing and service company based in the Ellesmere Port area. This hands on operational role will interface regularly with the International Marketing team, and locally with a Senior Marketing Executive. The role has a strong focus on performance led digital marketing, driving brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition, while ensuring marketing investment delivers measurable ROI.

• Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust investment to maximise ROI
• Continuously improve the end-to-end digital customer journey
• Own digital reporting and performance dashboards
• Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance
• Collaborate with international teams to localise content effectively for IE and UK markets
• Manage relationships with external digital agencies and technology partners
• Set clear KPIs, evaluate agency performance and drive continuous improvement
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Customer Care, IT and Finance
• Ensure alignment between local and international marketing strategies

Skills & Experience Required

• 3+ years’ experience in a digital / content marketing role
• Proven experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns with measurable ROI
• Experience managing agencies and external partners
• Strong understanding of analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio or similar)
• Familiar with CRM systems – Hubspot experience advantageous
• Commercially minded with strong performance focus
