ST Selection Ltd seeks a Senior Content Marketing Specialist in the Ellesmere Port area to drive performance-led digital marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition. You will coordinate with the International Marketing team and the local Senior Marketing Executive to ensure ROI on marketing investments.

The role emphasizes owning digital planning, reporting, and optimisation across channels, with a strong focus on measurable results and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a digital / content marketing role.
• Proven experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Strong analytics skills with GA4/Looker Studio or similar.
• CRM systems experience; HubSpot advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Own digital channel planning and campaign execution.
• Act as internal digital subject-matter expert and optimise performance.
• Lead generation and ROI-focused marketing activities.
• Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with international teams to localise content for IE and UK markets.
• Manage relationships with external digital agencies and technology partners.
• Set clear KPIs and monitor agency performance.
