Job description

Are you a B2B Marketing expert with experience in complex international organizations? Do you enjoy working with tools such as Google Ads, PiwikPro, web and marketing analytics tools, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and HubSpot (CMS/CRM)?

If this sounds like you or you’re curious to learn more, then this role could be the perfect opportunity. Join our Brand, Marketing and External Relations team as our new Marketing Campaign Manager/Team Lead and help us move towards a sustainable future.

Responsibilities
  1. Scope, plan, and project manage global, digitally-enabled marketing campaigns with industry and account-based focus, including developing effective content strategies.
  2. Design channel mix and optimize digital channel performance (including emails, nurture flows, paid search, paid social, and display advertising).
  3. Ensure quality and coordination of content and asset delivery with agencies, brand and web teams, copywriters, and graphic designers.
  4. Collaborate with operations/analytics specialists to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  5. Lead and further develop our global paid search strategy to drive traffic and conversions.
  6. Manage a team of 2-3 UK-based marketing analysts/specialists supporting campaigns and broader marketing activities.
About you

Reporting to the Senior Strategic Marketing Manager of Global Marketing, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a global B2B company or agency.
  • Strong track record in digital campaigns, especially utilizing paid social, with expertise in LinkedIn advertising and Campaign Manager.
  • Experience running successful search (SEM) campaigns for B2B companies, understanding how search integrates into the user journey alongside SEO and paid social.
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation strategies. Familiarity with HubSpot is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to measure and report on digital campaign performance.
  • Experience managing a small team.
