Job Title: Marketing Manager

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday

Due to continued growth at our Chester office, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.

This is a full-time, permanent role within a prestigious, modern Chester office, offering an exceptional opportunity to join a global company.

WS Audiology group was formed in 2019 through a merger with Widex and Signia, combining over 140 years of experience in pioneering technology to help people with hearing loss hear the sounds that make life wonderful. We operate in over 125 markets, employ over 11,000 people worldwide, and generate annual revenues exceeding 2 billion EUR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the brand custodian for Signia and other own label ranges
  • Manage annual brand management processes
  • Own all brand communications to B2B and B2C targets
  • Control the Marketing Communications schedule (including digital channels) — customer communications, PR, advertising, and marketing activity scheduling
  • Line manage a Marketing Executive
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing department activities
  • Achieve company targets and KPIs
  • Coordinate with the team to prioritize graphic design workload to meet customer needs
  • Review and monitor external vendors such as print, POS, design, and events management
  • Manage the marketing budget aligned with sales goals and company objectives
  • Collaborate with sales leads to develop and deliver launches and campaigns
  • Develop the marketing team through setting objectives and ongoing performance management
  • Participate in management meetings, contributing to company objectives and performance
  • Manage and coordinate exhibitions and events, ensuring planning aligns with company goals, with support from the events team
  • Support product management for existing and new technology planning and maintenance
  • Work with the Marketing Director and other managers to implement wider market strategies
About You:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent education
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing or similar roles
  • Strong competencies in customer focus, leadership, motivation, inspiration, and strategic thinking
